**MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT**

 

**1. Membership Details**

 

1.1 **Membership Type**: The Member hereby agrees to subscribe to [Membership Type] at Collab-Works.

 

1.2 **Duration**: The membership shall commence on the date(s) designated for the type of Membership Purchased,  and continue as laid out by the Membership terms basis unless terminated earlier in accordance with this Agreement.

 

1.3 **Membership Fee**: The Member shall pay a monthly/quarterly fee in accordance with the type of membership purchased. 

 

**2. Rights and Responsibilities**

 

2.1 **Use of Facilities**: The Member is entitled to use the co-working space facilities provided by Collab-Works during the time specified in the Membership Purchased. 

 

2.2 **Access**: Collab-Works shall provide the Member with access credentials to enter the premises.

 

2.3 **Guests**: The Member may not bring guests to Collab-Works without prior approval from Collab-Works. 

 

2.4 **Compliance**: The Member agrees to comply with all rules and regulations of Collab-Works, including but not limited to those concerning use of the facilities, conduct, and safety.

 

**3. Termination**

 

3.1 **Notice**: Either party may terminate this Agreement

 

3.2 **Outstanding Payments**: Upon termination, the Member shall settle any outstanding payments owed to Collab-Works.

 

**4. Liability**

 

4.1 **Limitation**: Collab-Works shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury to the Member or the Member's property, unless such loss, damage, or injury is caused by Collab-Works' gross negligence or willful misconduct.

 

**5. Miscellaneous**

 

5.1 **Governing Law**: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kentucky. 

 

5.2 **Amendments**: No amendments to this Agreement shall be effective unless in writing and signed by both parties.
