Terms and Conditions of Collab-Works
 

1. Introduction

Welcome to Collab-Works. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our coworking space, and services (collectively, "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.
 

2. Membership and Access

• 2.1 Membership Types: We offer various membership types, including but not limited to, day passes, public and private memberships.  The details of these memberships, including amenities, prices, and access hours, are available on our website or at our front desk.

• 2.2 Registration: To become a member, you must complete the Membership Agreement and agree to these Terms. We reserve the right to refuse membership to any applicant.

• 2.3 Access: Your access to the coworking space and its facilities is determined by your membership type. You must not access areas of the coworking space that are not included in your membership.
   

3. Use of Services

• 3.1 Compliance: You agree to comply with all rules and policies regarding the use of the coworking space and its facilities. This includes but is not limited to noise levels, cleanliness, and use of shared resources.

• 3.2 Prohibited Activities: Illegal activities, harassment, and activities that disturb other members are strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to terminate your membership without refund if you engage in prohibited activities.
   

4. Payments and Fees

• 4.1 Fees: Membership fees are due as stated in your membership agreement. Late payments may result in a late fee or suspension of services.

• 4.2 Refunds: Membership fees are non-refundable except as expressly provided in these Terms.

 

5. Termination

• 5.1 Termination by You: You may terminate your membership according to your membership agreement's terms.

• 5.2 Termination by Us: We may terminate your membership at any time for breach of these Terms, including non-payment of fees.
   

6. Liability and Indemnification

• 6.1 Disclaimer: We provide our Services "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages or injuries arising from your use of our Services.

• 6.2 Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Collab-Works, its affiliates, and their respective officers, agents, and employees from any claim arising out of your breach of these Terms.
   

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
 

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kentucky without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
